Kent and Canterbury Butcher

Sourced from local farmers, all slaughtered in Kent in small independent slaughter houses at Adisham, Aldington and Doddington. As we only use whole animals this means fillet steak is sometimes a rarity – but trotters, heart, offal, oxtail, tongue and heads are in plenty. Our three full-time butchers are well versed in the animals and farms background and are able to advise on cooking methods, flavor, texture and cuts. Coupled with traditionally reared, slaughtered and hung meat; the butchery brings together traditional service with exceptional meat, better priced.
